Your safety is the boot’s first priority. It prevents slips and is even oil and abrasion resistant. It also protects you from minor electrical shocks and, most importantly, it protects your toes from being crushed by heavy objects.
Waterproof shoe
This pair of boots can handle accidental immersion in water for brief periods without getting your feet wet.
Affordable price
At just below $200, it is surprising to get a pair of work boots at this level of quality.
Minimal break-in period
Its high-quality leather is soft and requires very little time for the user to break-in the new boots.
It must be noted that this problem is rather rare. The explanation is that perhaps the user is very rough on the boots and is pushing it beyond its limits. Another contributory factor is that the outsole is not stitched but just bonded.
Reviews From Actual User
Amazon customer Scott Woodard wrote:
“The most comfortable boots I've ever owned. The only bad thing about these boots is the soles wear out rather quickly. This may have something to do with the extreme environment they are constantly exposed to. I work 12hr shifts at a power plant and I'm on my feet at least 10 of those 12 hours, four to six days per week, walking on/in grating, pavement, dirt, mud, lime, and ash. I also step on tire chips, nails, staples, screws, and wires from the tires we shred and the many different wood products we turn into mulch. I usually get six to seven months out the Timberland Pro's compared to Red Wings, which I typically got eight or nine months of good solid use, but are not as comfortable as the Timberland's. It's a good buy!”
Conclusion:
After testing the footwear, we highly recommend the Timberland PRO Men’s 26078 Titan 6″ waterproof work boot. Just like the other users who’ve tried them, the boots are the most comfortable we’ve come across and you can wear them all day with no problem.
In addition, we are very impressed with its features that would surely be helpful in certain workplaces. The Titan alloy safety toe is surprisingly light yet offer more than enough protection against heavy objects accidentally falling on your feet. We also like that it offers some protection from electric shocks.
At less than $200, the work boots offer good value for your money. After all, you can’t put a price tag on your safety and well-being.
